These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of alignheart.com and related AlignHeart services operated by Expedia Solutions LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, starting an assessment, purchasing a subscription when billing is live, or registering for an event, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the service.

AlignHeart offers digital relationship-intelligence tools: compatibility assessments, dashboard reports, AI coaching paths (Momentum, Mastery, Authority), optional photo verification, and wellness event registrations.

AI coaching provides educational and reflective guidance — not licensed therapy, medical advice, legal advice, or emergency crisis intervention. If you are in danger, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional.

Features marked beta, preview, or waitlist are provided as-is until we announce general availability.

You must be at least 18 years old to use AlignHeart.

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate profile and assessment information and not to impersonate others.

Paid tiers (Aligned, Aligned Premium) bill on a recurring monthly basis when payment processing is enabled. Prices shown on /pricing are subject to change with notice on the site before your next renewal.

You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring fees and applicable taxes until you cancel.

When payments are inactive during enrollment, no charge is made — see Refund Policy for event and future subscription rules.

Do not harass, threaten, spam, scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to bypass authentication or rate limits.

Do not upload unlawful content, others' private data without consent, or material that violates our Safety & Privacy standards.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create safety risk for other members.

AlignHeart marks, UI, coaching content, and site materials are owned by the operator or licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You retain rights to content you submit; you grant us a license to host, display, and process it to operate the service (matching, coaching, moderation).

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted access, perfect matches, or specific relationship outcomes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Expedia Solutions LLC's liability is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations — your statutory rights may apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
